We are so excited for our Third Annual Patriotic Pin-Up’s fundraiser benefiting the US Vets of Las Vegas! For three years now, Altenburg Studio, Portraits by Catherine, and Amelia C & Co have partnered up for two days of pin up fun with all proceeds going to help our Veterans. Braids have gotten a major upgrade lately and we are seeing them everywhere in wedding hairstyles! Wedding hairstyles are incorporating braids into their updo’s, using them as single accents, and even letting them cascade to the side in a tousled tendril. Last fall, our Las Vegas bride Sheena incorporated a double fat french braid into her low and soft side-do hairstyle. The result was boho-chic look with a touch of wedding formality, and the softness gave a rich romantic feeling to the finished style. We loved creating this for her!
