Katie started her career in 2006, but like just about every passionate hairstylist, she started playing with hair much younger. When she was little, she always did her friends' hair for the gymnastics team. She went pro after attending cosmetology school and kicked off her career in the salon, loving that she could make people feel incredible about themselves. After six years she moved to New York to work on ABC’s New York Lottery. In 2015, she moved back to Vegas to pursue a career in wedding and special event hairstyling. Her perfect day starts with an omelet and toast for breakfast, followed by some quality time with the family and her fur baby, Benny, a rescued llapso llapso.
