Noelle knew early on that she wanted a career as a makeup artist. Getting started in 2016, she attended L Makeup Institute and earned her certification. Cutting her teeth at the makeup counter, she worked for Inglot to jumpstart her career. After just eighteen months, she transitioned MAC Cosmetics. Now, she enjoys the best of both worlds by freelancing for the iconic brand and working with The Co. In addition to bridal makeup, she’s also known for pinups look the part with perfectly winged liner and red lips. She and her boyfriend spent their time doting on their dog, Ziggy Smalls, playing his favorite fetch game at the dog park. Noelle is based in Las Vegas and is available for:
